Important Information for US and Other Non-EU Customers

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including orders sent to the United States, may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges or carrier handling fees.

These charges are determined by the customs authorities and delivery carriers in the destination country. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout unless specifically stated.

Any additional import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid before the parcel can be delivered.

  • The amount charged can vary depending on:
  • The type and value of the products
  • The country where the products were manufactured
  • The destination country
  • The applicable tariff classification
  • Current customs and import regulations

We are unable to predict the exact amount of any import charges. Customers should check with the relevant customs authority in their country before placing an order

Refused International Deliveries

Customers are responsible for paying any import tariffs, customs duties, taxes, clearance charges and carrier processing fees applicable to their order.

If a customer refuses delivery or does not pay the required import charges, the shipment may be returned to us, held by the carrier, abandoned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities.

A refund will only be considered after the returned goods have been received and inspected by us.

Where permitted, any refund may be reduced by costs incurred as a result of the refused delivery, including:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Customs duties or taxes
  • Carrier processing fees
  • Storage or administration charges
  • Any loss in the value of the returned goods

If the shipment is abandoned, destroyed, disposed of or otherwise not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a refund.
